By Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, we are publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and User Agreement governing the use of the www.futurefluxtech.com website.
The website www.futurefluxtech.com (referred to as the “Website”) is the property of Future Flux Tech Ventures Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013. Our registered office is in Karachi, Pakistan.
For these Terms of Use, “You” or “User” refers to any individual or legal entity that has agreed to become a buyer on the Website by providing registration information during the registration process. Future Flux Tech also permits users to browse the Website and make purchases without registering. The terms “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refer to Future Flux Tech, the entity that owns and operates the website www.futurefluxtech.com.
When utilizing Future Flux Tech’s services, you are considered to have accepted the following terms and conditions:
1: Eligibility for Membership
The use of the Future Flux Tech website is exclusively available to individuals who can legally enter into binding contracts according to the applicable laws. Individuals falling under the category of “incompetent to contract” as defined by the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including undischarged insolvents and others, are not permitted to use the website.
If you are a minor, meaning you are under 18 but at least 13 years old, you may only use this website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to abide by these Terms of Use. If you are below 18, your parents or legal guardians may conduct transactions on your behalf if they are registered users.
Future Flux Tech reserves the right to terminate your membership and deny you access to the website if it is discovered that you are under 18. The website is inaccessible to individuals whose memberships have been suspended or terminated by Future Flux Tech for any reason.
If you register on behalf of a business entity, you affirm that you have the authority to bind the entity to this User Agreement.
Unless additional terms and conditions specific to a product are provided, these terms and conditions take precedence over all prior representations, agreements, or understandings. They shall remain in effect regardless of any inconsistencies with other terms in submitted orders. By utilizing Future Flux Tech’s services, you consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2: Account and Registration Responsibilities
“Your Information” refers to any data you provide during the registration, purchasing, or listing processes in the feedback section or through email. We will safeguard Your Information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
When using the Future Flux Tech website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your computer.
You agree to take responsibility for all actions under your account or password. Future Flux Tech shall not be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur due to your failure to safeguard your password or account. If you suspect someone else may know your password, please notify us promptly by contacting us at the address provided below.
If Future Flux Tech has reason to believe that there may be a security breach or misuse of the Future Flux Tech website, we request that you change your password or suspend your account, with no liability on the part of Future Flux Tech.
You also agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself in Future Flux Tech’s registration form (“Registration Data”).
- Keep the Registration Data accurate, up-to-date, and complete. If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current, or if Future Flux Tech has reasonable grounds to suspect that the data is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or not in compliance with the User Agreement, Future Flux Tech has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and deny you access to the website.
3: Electronic Communications
When you access the Future Flux Tech website or send us emails, you communicate electronically with us. By doing so, you consent to receive electronic communications from us.
We will share with you by email or posting notifications on the website. You agree that all agreements, notifications, disclosures, and other forms of communication provided electronically by Future Flux Tech meet all legal requirements for written communications.
4: Content Posted on the Site
While certain text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, and artworks (collectively referred to as “Content”) may be generated by third-party users, Future Flux Tech may also feature Content created by its in-house teams.
Regardless of the source, we encourage you to consider your decisions when purchasing any specific product.
Unless explicitly stated in these Terms of Use, no part of the Future Flux Tech website or any Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any manner, including “mirroring,” to any other computer, server, website, or medium for publication, distribution, or commercial purposes, without prior express written consent from Future Flux Tech.
You may use the information provided on the website about products and services that are intentionally made available for downloading, with the condition that you:

We have the right, in line with our Privacy Policy as established by applicable laws, to use the Content or any of its components for various purposes, including but not limited to promotional and advertising activities and across all media, whether presently known or developed in the future, which may include the creation of derivative works incorporating the Content you provide.
You agree that we may use any Content you post by our Privacy Policy and Site Conduct Rules as mentioned herein, and you are not entitled to any payment or compensation for such use.
5: You Agree and Confirm
You are obligated to consistently comply with all applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, along with the relevant rules and any subsequent amendments. Additionally, you must adhere to all domestic laws, rules, and regulations applicable to using Future Flux Tech’s services.
This includes abiding by the provisions of any applicable Exchange Control Laws or Regulations currently in effect and International Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws, Statutes, Ordinances, and Regulations.
These regulations encompass but are not limited to Sales Tax/VAT, Income Tax, Octroi, Service Tax, Central Excise, Custom Duty, and Local Levies concerning your listings, purchases, solicitation of offers, and sale of products or services.
You must refrain from engaging in transactions involving items or services prohibited by the provisions of any applicable law, including exchange control laws and regulations currently in force.
Please be aware that other users, including unauthorized individuals or “hackers,” may potentially post or transmit offensive or obscene content on the Future Flux Tech website, and you may inadvertently come across such materials.
Additionally, others may obtain your personal information through your use of the website and use it to harass or harm you. While we do not endorse such unauthorized activities by using the Future Flux Tech website, you acknowledge and agree that we are not accountable for the use of any personal information that you publicly disclose or share with others on the website.
It is essential to exercise caution when selecting the type of information you choose to make public or share with others on the website.
6: You May Not Use the Future Flux Tech Platform for Any of the Following Purposes
- Disseminating any unlawful material, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or objectionable.
- Transmitting material that encourages conduct constituting a criminal offense, leading to civil liability, or violating relevant laws, regulations, or codes of practice.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems.
- Disrupting or interfering with any other individual’s use or enjoyment of the Future Flux Tech Platform.
- Violating any applicable laws.
- Interfering with or disrupting networks or websites connected to the Future Flux Tech Platform.
- Creating, transmitting, or storing electronic copies of copyrighted materials without the owner’s permission.
7: Modification of Terms & Conditions of Service
Future Flux Tech reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions of Use for the platform without prior notice to you. You can always access the most recent version of the User Agreement on Future Flux Tech. Reviewing the Terms & Conditions on Future Flux Tech regularly is advisable.
If you find the modified Terms & Conditions unacceptable, you should cease using the service. However, if you continue to use the service, you will be considered to have accepted and agreed to comply with this platform’s updated Terms & Conditions of Use.
Future Flux Tech will not be held responsible for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such instances, the customer will cover the re-shipping charges.
8: Reviews, Feedback, Submissions
Any reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, or other submissions that you disclose submit, or offer to Future Flux Tech on or through this platform or in connection with your use of this platform (collectively referred to as “Submissions”), will become the property of Future Flux Tech.
By making such Submissions, you are assigning to Future Flux Tech all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties contained in the Submissions.
Consequently, Future Flux Tech owns all such rights, titles, and interests. It is not limited to using the Submissions for any commercial or otherwise purpose purpose without compensating you. Future Flux Tech is not obligated to (1) keep any Submissions confidential, (2) provide compensation for any Submissions, or (3) respond to any Submissions.
You agree that any Submissions you make to the platform will not violate this policy or any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights, and will not cause harm to any individual or entity.
Additionally, you agree that no Submissions made by you to the platform will be or contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, threatening, abusive, or obscene content, or contain software viruses, engage in political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.”
Future Flux Tech does not routinely review posted Submissions but reserves the right (though not the obligation) to monitor, edit, or remove any Submissions submitted to the platform. You grant Future Flux Tech the right to use the name you provide in connection with any Submissions.
You agree not to use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead regarding the origin of any Submissions you make. You are solely responsible for the content of any Submissions you create, and you agree to indemnify Future Flux Tech and its affiliates for all claims arising from any Submissions you submit.
Future Flux Tech and its affiliates assume no responsibility and bear no liability for any Submissions submitted by you or any third party.
9: Copyright & Trademark
Future Flux Tech and its suppliers and licensors explicitly reserve all intellectual property rights in this platform’s text, programs, products, processes, technology, content, and other materials.
Accessing this platform does not grant, and shall not be deemed to grant, any license under any intellectual property rights owned by Future Flux Tech or any third party. All rights about this website, including copyright, are held by Future Flux Tech or licensed to it by third-party suppliers.
Any use of this website or its content, including copying or storing it, in whole or in part, for any purpose other than your personal, non-commercial use, is strictly prohibited without the prior permission of Future Flux Tech. You are not permitted to modify, distribute, or repost any content from this website for any purpose.
The names, logos, product and service descriptions, and slogans associated with Future Flux Tech are trademarks or service marks owned by Future Flux Tech. All other trademarks belong to their respective companies. No license for using any name, logo, or mark is granted in connection with the materials found on this platform. Accessing this platform does not authorize anyone to use any name, logo, or mark in any manner.
All materials, including but not limited to images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, programs, music clips or downloads, video clips, and written and other materials that are part of this platform (collectively referred to as the “Contents”), are intended exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the platform for your use only.
No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you due to such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as mentioned above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the platform, or any related software.
All software used on this platform is the property of Future Flux Tech or its suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. The Contents and software on this platform may only be used as a shopping resource. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance of the Contents on this platform, is strictly prohibited.
Unless otherwise specified, all Contents are copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property owned, controlled, or licensed by Future Flux Tech, its affiliates, or third parties who have licensed their materials to Future Flux Tech, and Indian and international copyright laws protect them.
The compilation (which includes the collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all Contents on this platform is the exclusive property of Future Flux Tech and is also protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
10: Objectionable Material
When using this platform or any of its services, you acknowledge that you may come across content that some individuals may find offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and this content may or may not be explicitly identified as such.
You agree to use the platform and its services at your own risk and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law; Future Flux Tech and its affiliates shall not be liable to you for any content you may find offensive, indecent, or objectionable.
11: Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Future Flux Tech harmless, its employees, directors, officers, agents, and their successors and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees.
These claims may arise from your actions or inactions, which could result in losses or liabilities for Future Flux Tech or any third party. This includes but is not limited to, breaches of warranties, representations, or undertakings, failure to fulfill your obligations under this User Agreement, or violations of applicable laws and regulations.
This also encompasses Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claims of libel, defamation, violations of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other users, and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause will remain in effect even after the expiration or termination of this User Agreement.
12: Termination
This User Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either you or Future Flux Tech. You can terminate this User Agreement at any time, provided that you cease any further use of this platform. Future Flux Tech may terminate this User Agreement at any time, including immediate termination without notice, thereby denying you access to the platform. Such termination will not impose any liability on Future Flux Tech.
Upon termination by either party, you must promptly delete all materials downloaded or obtained from this platform and any copies of such materials, whether acquired under the User Agreement or otherwise.
Future Flux Tech’s rights to any submissions will persist even after the termination of this User Agreement. Termination of the User Agreement will not affect your obligation to pay for products already ordered from the platform or any liability that may have arisen under the User Agreement.
13: Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
The Future Flux Tech platform is provided without warranties or guarantees and is in an “As-Is” condition. You assume the risks associated with using the platform.
While Future Flux Tech strives to ensure that the content on the platform is accurate, reputable, and of high quality, it can only be held responsible if this is the case. Future Flux Tech is not liable for any errors, omissions, or technical issues you may encounter while using the platform. This disclaimer is an essential part of this User Agreement.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Future Flux Tech and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising from the use of the platform, its services, or this User Agreement.
Without limiting the general scope of the section above, the total liability of Future Flux Tech to you for all liabilities arising from this User Agreement, whether in tort or contract, is limited to the value of the product ordered by you.
Future Flux Tech, its associates, and technology partners make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, currency, and timeliness of any content, information, software, text, graphics, links, or communications provided through the use of the platform or that the platform’s operation will be error-free and uninterrupted. Consequently, Future Flux Tech assumes no liability for any financial or other damages you may incur due to the delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or additional information transmitted in connection with the use of the platform and any interruptions or errors in the platform’s operation.
In no event shall Future Flux Tech be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind in connection with these terms of use, even if the user has been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.
14: Site Security
You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Accessing data not intended for you or logging into a server or account, you are not authorized to access.
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.
- Attempting to interfere with the service for any other user, host, or network, including but not limited to submitting a virus to the platform, overloading, “flooding,” “spamming,” “mailbombing,” or “crashing.”
- Sending unsolicited emails, including promotions and advertising of products or services.
- Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting.
Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. Future Flux Tech will investigate incidents involving such violations and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users involved in such violations.
You agree not to use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of this platform or any activity being conducted on it. Additionally, you agree not to use or try to use any engine, software, tool, agent, or other device or mechanism (including but not limited to browsers, spiders, robots, avatars, or intelligent agents) to navigate or search this platform, except for the search engine and search agents provided by Future Flux Tech on this platform and generally available third-party web browsers (e.g., Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Explorer).
15: Entire Agreement
If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable according to applicable law, including but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations stated above, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely aligns with the intent of the original provision.
The remainder of the agreement will remain in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Future Flux Tech regarding the Future Flux Tech platform and services. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Future Flux Tech regarding the Future Flux Tech platform and services.
Future Flux Tech’s failure to respond to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to work in response to subsequent or similar breaches.
16: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The applicable laws of Pakistan will govern this User Agreement. Any legal proceedings arising from this agreement will exclusively fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad.
Any dispute or disagreement between the parties concerning the interpretation or any other aspect of this User Agreement will be resolved through arbitration by an independent arbitrator appointed by Future Flux Tech.
The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on both parties. The arbitration process will adhere to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended occasionally, and will occur in Islamabad. The jurisdiction for this arbitration will rest with the High Court of Judicature in Islamabad, and Pakistani laws will apply.
